7. Intellectual Property

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may suspend or terminate Services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
